Who we are

This website (raiseapet.coldter.com) is run by Coldter to tell people about RAISE A PET, a free game on Roblox. Coldter decides how data on this site is handled (the “controller”). The game itself is played on Roblox, not on this site, and Roblox looks after the data created inside the game.

What this site collects

The site has no accounts, forms, comments or ads, does not use cookies, and never asks for your name, email or age. Our host, Cloudflare, may also count page views and measure page speed with its Web Analytics; Cloudflare says this uses no cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint visitors. If you tap the language button, the site remembers your choice in your browser’s local storage (key “rap-lang”). That stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can clear it in your browser settings.

Technical data and Cloudflare

The site is delivered through Cloudflare. To send you the page and keep it safe, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page you opened, the page that referred you (for example a TikTok link), your country and the time, plus basic network-error reports from your browser. If it is switched on, Web Analytics adds page-load timings. We use this only to run, secure and improve the site, and we look at totals rather than individuals. We do not build visitor profiles, combine this data with other data, sell it or use it for advertising. We keep no visitor logs of our own; Cloudflare keeps its data for as long as its own policy says. Cloudflare has servers in many countries, so this data may be handled outside your country under the safeguards in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Why we may use this data

Where the GDPR or Thailand’s PDPA applies, our legal basis is legitimate interests: delivering a secure website and knowing whether it loads well. We collect very little and do not track you across other sites, so this should not override your rights. You can object at any time (see “Your rights”).

Fonts

Fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page opens. Google’s own privacy policy explains how it handles that.

Links and where you came from

PLAY buttons and links lead to Roblox, and Roblox can see that you arrived from this site. If you found us through TikTok, YouTube or another platform, that platform’s own terms and privacy policy cover what it collects about you. Once you leave this site, the other service’s terms and privacy policy apply, including for accounts, chat, purchases and anything collected inside the game.

Children

This site is open to everyone, including children. It has no sign-up, chat or forms and shows no ads, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the age set by local law). The technical data above is processed for every visitor. Children should ask a parent or guardian before buying anything in the game. Roblox sets its own age rules; parents can manage chat, spending and screen time in Roblox’s parental controls. If you are a parent and think your child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Thailand’s PDPA) you can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict personal data about you, object to how it is used, and complain to your data protection authority (in Thailand, the Personal Data Protection Committee). We hold almost no personal data ourselves, but write to us and we will reply within 30 days. For data held by Cloudflare, Google or Roblox, use their own privacy tools.

Changes

If this page changes, we update the date above. If we add advertising or new tracking tools, we will describe them here before we use them.

Message the creator of RAISE A PET on Roblox (the account named on the game page) and say which page or request you mean. We never need your real name or your Roblox password, so please do not send them.
